Standard Delivery:

1. See the checkout screen when you add an item to your basket (only on selected products)
2. Duration: Usually up to 2-3 working days (provided goods are in stock) excluding Sunday and bank Holidays. Saturday delivery is Double the charge and on request only. 7-14 working days on goods out of stock.

Next Day Delivery:

1. Call 020 8861 0055 for details
2. Order must be placed over the telephone before 12pm
3. Available on selected products only and provided goods are in stock
4. Next Day Delivery is not available on orders placed online.

We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given above, however we are reliant on third party carriers and cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.

All customers are usually called within 3 working days after placing an order. Delivery calculated on the gross weight and value of the order and added to your shopping basket. This will be shown separately at the checkout. Kindly call on 01895 810400 if you do not receive any information about your order.

Delivery services listed above are for UK mainland delivery only excluding the Scottish Highlands. If you live within one of the following postcode districts or outside of the UK please email or telephone for a delivery quotation - BT, IM, PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, HS, ZE, TR.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 14 working days. If this problem arises, BOS Electronics Ltd will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. Orders will be delivered on our behalf by one of our couriers and made between 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. If a timed delivery is required (e.g. Before 12.00am, Saturday) we can arrange this for you but at extra cost.

Our courier companies are not insured to enter your house/premises and will therefore require your help (or other recipient) in handling any order in excess of 25kgs (generally televisions).

Please note that all our parcels are insured in transit (or other wise stated) for loss or damage, however we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately via telephone 1895 810400. We insist you keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
