These terms and conditions govern all transactions between us for any sale of goods or services by us to you. Please read them carefully. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that they apply to any current and/or future purchase you make from BOS Electronics .
Your Statutory rights are not affected.


Terms of Delivery:

Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland). Unless otherwise stated, we will aim to deliver your product within 2 working days for products held in-stock, and 7 to 14 days for products out of stock - unless otherwise stated. Any dates we give you for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods to you unless caused by our negligence. A delivery charge will be added to the cost of the product and will be clearly marked.
Your order will be delivered to the address where the card is registered. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. No deliveries will be made on weekends or on bank holidays except by special arrangement. The carrier will require a signature and an ID, if there is no one to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a note with contact details for arranging a convenient delivery time.
We insist you to inspect the parcels before signing the courier’s delivery/acceptance note for any loss or damage.

Prices And Cancellation by us:

The price payable for goods or services will be stipulated on our web site at the time you place your order. The price is inclusive of VAT. Any delivery charges are extra.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- your product is subject to availability;
- we do not deliver to your area;
- the goods you ordered were listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers;
- your payment is not authorised or refused.

Terms of Payment:

Payment for products may be made with MasterCard, Visa, UK Maestro, direct bank transfer or cheque (takes 7 working days to clear) payment by post. When a purchase is made by card, you will be asked for your card number and expiry date. This information is transmitted to the bank to verify that your credit or debit card is valid. Once your card is approved, which takes just a few seconds; we will send you a confirmation via email.

Returns :

You must return the goods at your own expense and in original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Defective or Stolen Goods:

If you receive merchandise that is defective or damaged please contact us on 020 8861 0055 or sale@boselectronics.com and we will resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Any claim for Shortage or Damage must be made within Twenty Four Hours of delivery

Note: LCD Projectors & Plasma: These items are none refundable, therefore if the unit has more than the allowed "pixel defects" stated by the manufacturer, or any other faults - the item will be repaired or replaced, whichever the manufacturer suggests.
Pixel Defects" can occur on projectors, LCD and Plasma therefore manufacturers do not guarantee that 100% will be correct - please see individual manufacturers policies - an average guide would be an allowance of upto 5-10 dead pixels per unit.

Your Personal Information:

BOS Electronics. hold details of your name, address, order details, credit card details, telephone numbers and email address which you provide when you make a purchase. We hold all information securely and do not pass it on to 3rd parties outside the transaction/delivery process.
You agree that this information can be used by us to fulfil your order, involving: BOS Electronics . passing on your personal information to delivery companies, validate your credit or debit card information with an appropriate financial body, send to you emails relating to our promotions (you can choose not to receive these mails).
You have the right to see the personal information registered about you upon request. If the information is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request that the information be corrected or deleted.

Warranties:

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty for 12 months (or otherwise stated) after delivery of the product to you. If your product should develop a fault while under warranty, please contact us at 020 8861 0055 or sale@boselectronics.com

Fraud policy:

For your protection, all transactions made on BOS Electronics are screened to prevent fraud.
BOS Electronics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. English law governs the above terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute connected with these terms and conditions you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
